Why are 80% of sales generated from 20% of the sales force?
They have more experience?
They are more driven for money, fame or status?
They have different attributes. (IE. Good looking, outgoing, persuasive, etc)
They are favored by management. (IE Get the hot leads, good areas, etc)
They are more educated in sales.
They have a different attitude.
They work harder, not better.
They simply do the things that the other 80% don't.
