As a retired modder myself who years ago have faced various occasional issues, I feel your pain. Nexus' decision was utterly incorrect and their communication vastly insufficient. They needed to at least clearly identify the material, item by item, AND define whose/what ownership rights were supposedly impinged, and how.
But the whole argument of mod ownership "rights" is misunderstood by many anyway, and not just by Nexus. See: https://www.koburgerlaw.com/blog/2020/7/29/thinking-before-moddingplayers-dont-own-what-they-make

Dude, this looks like a good start. Expansion potential, good site with a view, sound foundation. It does have forum capabilities yes?
