How do you feel about giving employees positive feedback?

I believe it’s one of the most important things I can do for my staff.

I consistently recognize my employees for a job well done.

I don’t give positive feedback as often as I should.

I think a weekly paycheck is enough positive feedback.

I believe that this is a very important topic to address on a regular basis. It is our duty to build our team up, encourage them to set goals, and see that they have the time and resources to succeed. Also,communication is key. Even short weekly meetings with your team show you are open to process improvements,suggestions,and much more. And follow up with them personally, spend some time with them reviewing their ideas. Then smile! And compliment. It just makes for a better and productive work environment.
