Based on past experience, I would/will never again buy a cell phone made /marketed by HTC, LG, or Samsung. NEVER. Their customer service is terrible or totally lacking....once they sell you a phone they never want to hear from you again because they don't want to be bothered with you. Updates do not exist......they say they will offer updates as they arrive, but they drag it out for months on end and they just drop the subject. NEVER again!
