How should Grand Forks solve its shortage of daycare providers?
Daycare services are already adequate.
There needs to be a public/private partnership to address shortage of services.
The city of Grand Forks should loosen restrictions on group providers to allow 18 children instead of 12.
The city of Grand Forks should offer incentives to private business to offer more daycare options.
Daycare should be left to private market to resolve.
I don't know.
