    Ne-go-see-ate and ap-pree-see-ate bother me a little, though I figure that just the way the Brits say them. What really irritates me is CON-tri-bute and DIS-tri-bute...and, though I should be used to it by now, pronouncing the "t" in often. Some Americans do the last, but it seems most Brits do. I feel like shaking them and demanding to know whether they pronounce the "t's" in soften and whistle, etc.
