Malta could provide humanitarian aid, and possibly allow our military to provide protection to vulnerable groups. We shouldn't on the other hand see this as a West (christian) vs Islam war. IS is a political movement with a sinister all be it twisted world view, though we shouldn't simply label it as Islam is bad Christianity is good.

Of course the Maltese would vote like this! Because they aren't sending their children and are still dreaming about neutrality. Its easy to say so when the government is providing for you all the time!

I feel that since thes ISIS are Sunni and are fighting for power especially from Shiates although they are both Islamist they should be left to fight it between themselves and only Islamic countries should intervene.After all they have the same religion and believes.For centuries the Sunni and Shiates were always fighting each other whether on a small scale or bigger scale.They always wanted to dominate each other.
