I second Lisa's concerns. I think we would be limited to a max of 30 in each classroom and 15 in the trailer. I would be interested in presenting that day depending on the theme of the conference. Would OSEE be looking after the planning of the conference (presenters, food, possible bussing people in from a carpool lot as our parking will not hold 150 cars, the running of the day) and we are just providing the space.
I am excited by the idea, just want to make sure that we as Field Centre Staff know what we are signing up for and also are given proper prep time to make this an awesome day.

I have some concerns, such as prep time and limited space for presenters and participants. If numbers are limited and staff are dedicated to making the space usable I'm in.
