Just a Hobbyist. Enjoy shooting when my work let me do it.
I try to learn all the time. I believe that photography doesn't have age. You can shoot at 19 or 69 years old. What matter is that sense of happynes you feell when you got the shoot!
I consider myself a semi-professional. I spend time shooting and processing and uploading, recently even drawing some income. I also am a full time care giver for my special needs daughter. I am finding work that I am able to have along with me. Best of both worlds! She gets out of the house and I get to shoot some photos...Doesn't get much better than that............

I am a lapsed photographer from the age of film. I only occasionally use a camera, usually the I-Phone for candid or scene photography and still at 60 have not truly narrowed my focus, (a real lapse on my part). I have been reading Photofocus for over a year now and have 'browsed some of the classes offered as I am desiring to get back into taking film and stills for entertainment of myself and possibly others without any intent to make any money. The talks have taught me a lot about the differences and somewhat about the true basics of film in and of itself. I am afraid that I am in dire need of the basics. I will keep reading for a bit. Thanks to you all.
Hobbyist. Been shooting film since 1980 and still using it with my first camera; I bought my first DSLR December 2013. I'm interested in growing my skills; some things don't change between film and digital.

Been shooting for for over 50 years but enjoy just being a "hobbyist" and sharing photos with friends, etc. With all that I'm always learning and love today's technology!
