I thought The traditional Green Bean Casserole was the greatest thing in the 70's but then the mushroom soup seemed way too salty. Rather overpowering. Then I tries using another soup, I can't remember if it was celery or potato. Was a little better. The new way of Green Beans leaves your mouth and body with a much lighter cleaner feeling. Also the sauces we used to use added things that are not good for diabetics and others with cholesterol problems.
