I agree with Linda, the best thing that can happen for officer Wilson is that he is found not guilty by a jury after a trial. Without that, he will be a target almost anywhere he goes. If I were him, I'd want to have a trial and let all the facts come out, unless he is guilty and knows the facts will prove him guilty.

Hard to say. Only the Grand Jury is receiving all the pertinent information. IF he is indicted and is found innocent, a trial might offer opportunity to clear his name. If he is guilty of wrongdoing, the law must be applied justly.
