I think yhe need to get rid of our Linbacker and our safeties they can bring in some new defensive back and also we need a new running back steve jackson average about 3 yards a game thats not we are bad in the runnig game we put all the pressure on matt ryan to complete a pass evry drive when its 3 and 10 we need to get it down on the ground be 4 we can pass even tho we all naw its a passing league. But evry QB has a runnig back that helps them out in certain situations and they should keep mike smith simple because if u take a leader of a team or somebody the team look up at a time like this its a 50 percent changes we going to be even worse but i can say when a time is having trouble u do have to start with the management

I Bo lieve Matty ice should do what's best for business and give Mr AB as know as Aruthur Blanks some of his money back which he really did not earn because he hasn't been any elite quarterback this year don't never wants to run the ball don't want to take a hit second of all think Mike's Smith in Dirk Cutter should be fired if I can sit in my seat and watch when Atlanta Falcons line to run a play at nowhere play they going to run before they even run it then I know the other team know what play they running also and they never give the full back the ball

Fire Smitty and Thomas NOW! They are both great guys. But dear God Almighty. How many times can you tell the media. We didn't do a good job of coaching or putting the team in a position to win. I believe he is right. So let's fire him and get a coach that has at least learned to let the clock run down. Today is a great day to make a change.

fire john mcccay, Thomas dimitroff, mike smith , id keep mike tice offensive line coach,brianncox defensive coach, I would trade for johnny manzell, I would hire , DAN REEVES AS GM TO BUILD THIS FRANCHISE ROSTER TO A WINNER, and I would draft a defensive pass rusher in yr top 5 pick next year , and I would draft only 1 running back hes at ga , I would then draft nothing but lineman the other 6 picks in 2015 draft and get good frre agents to protect matt ryan , .

the falconsd have no llinebacker middle worth a flip no defensive end, on either end , what falcons , need to do is pay matt ryan 50 million and use the other 50 million to get offensive lineman, and defensive lineman worth a crap to play , that guy up above me is right the falcons have 30 or so guys that would not be on any other nfl roster so Thomas dimitrff, has to go, so does mike smith, ARTHUR BLANK DO YR SELF A FAVOR AND CALL JOHN GRUDEN , TO COACH THIS TEAM,

The Falcons have had disastrous draft picks, their run game has almost disappeared the last two years, Matt Ryan is no longer "the Peyton Manning" of our division, Mike Nolan has sucked at almost every job he's had in the past 10+ years (note GA Tech's destroyed defense under his tenure) and now Smith has fallen apart. Not only should he be fired, Dimitroff should have been gone long before today. Worst two years of management I've seen in a long time for our GA teams.
Rob Ryan as next head coach. Watch and wait.

First we refused to Run Antone Smith, then all the other included, I like mike Smith, we just need to teach him time management. The real problem is drafting. We need a new gm, new TD we need a new offence coach. we need a new defense coach. We need to do a better scouting job. Hard to argue with how bad the management of the clock has been. Mark Richt does the same thing at UGA. Still, I have great respect for the winning culture Smith brought to Atlanta, and I consider the roster so poor that it is frankly hard to coach the team into a winning season. The GM and others most responsible for who we draft and sign as free agents is the biggest culprit of the team losing.
I would give Smith the full season before saying good bye and still consider keeping him one more year, because after all, who is the miracle coach that comes in and makes the Falcons winners unless they upgrade their roster, which is partly outside of any coach's role? Consider what leeway even the merciless New York fans and media have given to Rex Ryan of the Jets and Coughlin of the Giants. Even if the clock management was ghastly, I have ZERO confidence Atlanta can hire a head coach that makes them winners with their current roster. I'd be focusing on roster upgrades more than coaching changes.

Our offensive line isn't bad,there just hurt right now,And WE DONT HAVE A BAD DEFENSE...Trufant is good and he's still young,Alford is a little banged up but he's young too.Our linebackers,however,need improvement.We do need to fire every coach,coordinator and trainer on our staff.But mostly we need a RB,or at least get someone who knows how to use RBs right.

I hate to say it but Arthur Blank should clean house. Mike Smith needs to go but Thomas Dimitroff has done a horrible job with this roster. The defense is a complete disaster as well as the O line. It seems that every year we are drafting O line men and then they don't work out. Then we don't get any d lineman or pass rushers. When we do have some decent defense players, Brent Grimes, Curtis Lofton we get rid of them. Then there is no depth at any position except running back. Our draft picks have been extremely bad and this needs to change.

What is amazing to me is that we knew he was nuts to call the time out, the announcers knew it was dumb, but the person that has to know it, the coach, didn't have a clue. And then the 3 rd down call. OMG

I must say that was the most mis-managed final minute or so I've ever watched. Does Mike not have experienced football people to advise him quickly about what to do or some type of play already in their mind? I don't believe it's fair to the team who are doing everything they can but the plan they have does not work time and again. Gads!!!!!
