Well look at the categories... It goes from "Not a whole lot" to "Half a season in a month" Half a year's worth of an anime in a single month can be quite a bit of anime and that is the lowest category. It means that if you watch FIVE anime series per year, you don't qualify for the lowest actual mark.
If you take all of the TV that is not background noise, I watch Person of Interest, My Little Pony, Dr. Who, and the game show Idiot Test. All of my active TV together doesn't qualify.
There was no in-between the last two options but i felt that i watch anime regularly to some people saying a little too much but it more or less comes from watching old stuff like GTO and School Rumble for the first time. On top of that, I still watch other newer shows regularly but find myself watching less as some projects seem to be repeats of tropes. So I get too tired from of them immediately but watch or skim through later to know what may lie in the future in cons.

The only anime I currently watch is LOTGH.
Between three TV shows, two cartoon (MLP & The Legend of Korra), a book every two weeks and my job... there's just not enough time for anime.
I do not watch a whole lot. That said, I don't think enthusiasm has to equate with watching a certain number of series. I like to pick carefully what I will watch and then spend at least a couple of months thinking over the show I watched before going onto another. I don't like to miss out on depth just to quickly move onto something that's being recommended everywhere, for example. There are plenty of good series I will miss, viewing at turtle's-pace, but I don't want to skim them like those tourists who take a snapshot of a monument and rush to the next one.

I actually watched a LOT more anime before pony. The problem is paired, one it is not as available on TV as it used to be when G4 and adult swim (toonami as well) did quite a lot of it, and youtube was not deleting it the minute it showed up there, the other is I am not quite looking as much. I may be in the future, and I am certainly open to GOOD anime series for some definitions of good.
I liked things like Hikaru No Go, Wolf's Rain, .hack, Read or Die, etc. I watched at least 70 series, but none recently which makes the poll kind of hard.
At any rate if people start putting suggestions as to good anime and where to see it, I would give certain series a try.
