Do you believe that freedom of expression also gives people the "right to offend" others?

    I would have voted for the first option (the yes) but that excludes any hint of limitation. There should be some degree of decency. The only problem is that what is decent is very subjective, ergo, some things may offend some when no offence was perceived by authors. It is still a dangerous thin line to tread and the consequences, though never justified, are there to be savoured. Human nature being what it is, can never be asked to abide by a fixed set of rules.
