I know that some Broncos fans are feeling "Manning Fatigue" at this point, but I want to see Peyton come back. A couple motivating factors for Peyton, he only needs 2148 yards to surpass Brett Favre's career record for passing yards, has a nice big number for his contract next year, and no doubt he wants to finish his career on a winning note.
I'd also like to see Peyton commit to improving his leg strength and running ability, to have that threat in his back pocket for 3rd and 5 situations with 20 yards of empty field in front of him. Peyton needs a running coach, and a program of 100m and 200m repeats, and running hills, stairs, steps regularly. Improving his leg strength will also give him that little extra pop for when throwing the ball.

Age and poor playoff performances. It's time to move on and give Osweiler a shot in the last year of his contract.

Mannings health is not good and his age he is to old Manning should retire
