Theo .... Should he stay or should he go?

    In all the comment above, regarding Theo, not one has mentioned the responsibility to defend when necessary.

    In the game against Man City the whole team were committed to defence when not in possession and when you see Cazorla making tackles on the edge of our area it sums up the team ethic. Now, when AFC are on TV and Theo is playing (the Aston Villa game for example), I looked in particular at his attitude when we haven't got the ball and quite frankly it is not encouraging. When we lost possession in that game, especially on the right, he drifted around without conviction and certainly made no effort to close down meaningfully; when was the last time he made a full blooded tackle?.

    The Ox shows him the way when defensive duties are necessary and unless Theo recognises that his overall game is what he is judged on then he will become a luxury AFC cannot afford at the top level.
