Hello there, I have some experience to share when it comes to having slow internet connection.

First of all, my internet connection drops rapidly at some point in the day, interrupting running processes that require internet. And I was able to compare the differences of both at these times. However since I'm the only one who thinks have experienced this, I want to know if there are other results.

    When my internet drops:
    5.0
= A "no internet connection" box appears and automatically stops all downloads. (Even though it's just an incredibly slow internet connection)
= While the internet connection is still slow, resuming and adding new downloads will show the "no internet connection" box and will not start the download.

    3.9
= My downloads continue but in a noticeably slower rate.
= Finished downloads during the slow internet connection look horrible. Some of the pages can either be blurry or some part of the page are not showing [Shown in black].

My conclusion is that 5.0 is brittle, but has quality. While 3.9 is headstrong, but clumsy.
When the crippling drags on for too long, I just switch to 3.9 and scrutinize which pages have problems after finishing downloads, then manually download them from the internet.
