Service class people could have given more money in the hand by increasing tax exemption limits, lowering the rates , abolishing the cess & surcharges. More citizens should be included in the tax net .

The worst budget ever! Looks like the big industrialists got together and did the job for our finance minister.
Service class people are major tax payers with little benefits. Could have given more money in the hand service class by increasing tax exemption limits. From where we are going generate money to avail benefits of various exemption in 80C, 80D, 8ccd.
