PLEASE!!! Don't run "Phoebe and Her Unicorn." It's inane. Why would you even consider this? You should be able to better than this. How about "The Far Side?"
I enjoy almost all of the strips currently in the Herald, from the intellectual to the cute, to the nostalgic. Phoebe adds another "cute, but doesn't really have any content" to the Stone Soup and Marvin collection. But it seems to be far, far to slow and simplistic.
Please explain WHY this change is necessary, before something good gets voted off of the island.
Phoebe doesn't seem to be worth all of this effort. I can't imagine it becoming popular. Please bring back Diamond Lil.

I hate Rip Haywire and don't even read it, BUT Phoebe is worst...
I am sure there are more intelligent ones out there...but Phoebe, no way.

"Phoebe and Her Unicorn" appears a bit insipid but I'm willing to let it develop over the next few months.
If, though, after summer the strip is still lame then I'd like to petition to replace it with "Classic Calvin and Hobbes"!
There are too many unfunny and downright mean spiriited comics. I think the Herald can do better. The new one doesn't seem to bring anything new, it's just a variation of a lot of the others. Find something that is actually clever and funny for a change. My first thought was that it must cheap to run.
Wumo isn't funny or thought provoking. It's just a waste of space
