What changes should be made to the FHSAA playoff system?

Allow district runners-up to advance in flag football and lacrosse

Eliminate district runners-up from advancing in all team sports

Limit all district tournaments to the top four teams based on regular-season play

Allow district runners-up to advance in football only

The current system works just fine. No need to change anything
