I think levi Thomet because os his indoor battle with Andrew hunter. The reason that I do not believe that Connor could do this is because he is in a slightly different mindset due to an extended track season. He has not had much time to adjust to track.
The reason that I do not pick Allie is that she is still not at levi and conner's level. Both of these boys have run sub-15 5Ks and she has not even broken 16. Her vest 3200 is 10:03, while Levi and Connor have run sub-9.

At first I thought Levi Thomet. Mantz got a late start on the track this season from extending xc. But after watching Mantz annihilate a talented field at USA jr's it would be hard to bet against him. His strength running is maxed out right now.
Allie could beat almost every male in the world right now in the 2-mile. She's gonna have to improve by over a minute if she wants to take down these two goliaths.
