I installed it on my L920. I found it to be good in few areas.
    Pros:
    - Easily accessible and organized settings, more toggles
    - Phone App now has smart filtering
    - Messaging facility is improved
    - Sorted list of Apps
    - Choice of selecting Fast Ring and Slow Ring options

    Cons:
    - Hamburger menus somehow make me feel androidish (while waffle menu looks more stylish and has got a Metro look).
    - Phone was too slow even when it had 8 more GB of free space. Please note that I allowed all the Apps to be reinstalled and then have reset the phone. Still, it was a big sluggish in performance.
    - SIM went undetected after a few resets
    - Camera App somehow was not working on my L920.
    - Text looked too small, not sure if am allowed to control the size of the text.
    - Resume runs forever some times.

Overall, liked it and am sure its going to improve even further as we move on. Am upset that I had to rollback as my SIM went undetected after some time. Hopefully, the next release would fix it and I will be able to install relatively better version.

Installed on my 920. Slow, buggy and Sim network wasn't working so I connected to Lumia recovery and now back to 8.1. Lost all my info, videos and all.. Sacrifice to the Microsoft Gods I worship.

I'm wondering about the people who don't like it, how many of them did a reset?
because i think it performs better and should have been recommended / demanded before installing.
Now i don't say that after a reset it all works smoothly, but its less buggy then without....
after i did a reset on my (spare) 920 i find this build ok, but still needs a lot of attention.

After I installed Windows 10 preview on my 920 it became very unstable and cellular was dead. My first thought was to restore 8.1, but a reviewer from another site recommended performing a reset. What a difference that made! Windows 10, for the most part, stabilized. It's still a bit slow in some respects and some of the apps are still a bit unstable (a crash here and there) but my phone is now tolerable.

The is is a step in the right direction but it is very buggy and needs some polishing up. The new email has potential but like I first said it is very buggy and unfinished. When you click on an email notification youd expect to go into that email however it just takes you to the last spot you were in whether it is another email box or the calendar. It'd be nice to join a conference from the event in the calendar but that currently isn't possible. The new map with built in nav is nice but again it is not a finished product and needs work. New people app doesn't have any live tile. Nice new message app but again it is so buggy and slow it takes away from the whole experience. When is the next update?

Installed on a spare 920. definitely it is a long way from being ready. It is really slow, and the UI needs a lot of work to get it to something fluid and consistent. But everyone has to remember, this is an early prototype, and not anywhere near the final product.

I did install it on my 928, but the phone was so unstable and mostly unusable. From what I did get to see and play around with I liked it. I did spend the next day restoring to 8.1 though. As much as I love the preview on my laptop still, I'll just wait a bit longer to try on my phone again.
