Nobody in the Valley wants to discuss regionalization. We have some many duplicate services like water and ambulance services. In the long run, it would save the cities and state money if you regionalized the 911 centers. No adverse problems as a result of Easton using the county 911 center has occurred. It would work the same for Allentown and Easton. It isn't like the 911 center is actually dispatching people out of the center. They can be just as effective through the telephone and radio dispatch systems. I don't know why we have to hold on to this.
