I too live in Ashtonfield and only just had my phone service restored yesterday, that was okay for me as I have a mobile but I have very elderly neighbours who wouldn't know how to use a mobile phone, i think 4 weeks was disgusting, it leaves the question has this got something to do with the NBN they are currently working on in this area or are Telstra just slack.
