Is the Bowral hospice facility delay unfair?

A hospice is a place of sanctuary to enable a person to live well as their life draws to a close, not an institution or noisy , busy hospital. I am sure each one of us would desire that for ourselves and those we love. I hope any concerns can be swiftly resolved. As I understand it , this land and much of the surrounding area was originally glebe land belonging to St Simon and St Judes church and would have been regarded as to be used to extend God's kingdom here on earth. Love is an action of doing something for another without any expectation of getting something in return. Can we endeavour to go forward with that in mind?
