Is Thrive for me?
I spend quite a bit of money on vitamins and/or supplements.
I struggle with my weight (losing weight or gaining muscle/weight).
I am overweight and would like to lose weight.
I am unmotivated most of the time!
I have tried other health or weight loss products and was unsuccessful.
I do not take any vitamins or supplements on a regular basis.
My health is very important to me!
I feel drained or exhausted most of the time.
I get sick easily, I catch most illnesses going around.
I often take naps.
I struggle getting out of bed in the mornings.
I consider myself healthy...I take vitamins/supplements and am active daily.
I feel like I am just "surviving" most days until I am able to go back to bed.
I wish I had the energy to do more active things with my family/kids/friends.
I am an emotional eater.
I push snooze on my alarm clock every morning.
I feel withdrawn or sad most of the time.
I am often exhausted.
I am sore and achy when I wake up in the mornings.
I have very little or no energy!
I am moody.
I am unhappy with my weight/size!
I spend quite a bit of money on junk food, coffee, sodas, and/or energy drinks.
I am unable to enjoy all the things I love due to my aches and pains.
I wake up feeling tired and not rested.
I have a hard time waking up and getting motivated in the mornings.
I NEED to drink coffee, energy drinks, and/or sodas every day to help get through my day.
I am rarely active due to lack of motivation or energy.
I work out most days (lift weights, run, cardio, workouts, swim, jog, Yoga, spin, cycle, hike etc.)
I am often forgetful (brain fog).
I am unhealthy and need a kick-start to help me become healthier.
