i just boarded a 90 degree flight in Dallas yesterday. A heavy gentleman seated in front of me couldn't breathe & had a panic attack. We waited 45 min on the plane while they fueled the plane. That was after being delayed 2.5 hours at the gate waiting on fuel. Don't you think fueling planes would be part of standard operations!!! I have rebranded the merger - Useless Air & Always Awful. Oh, and my luggage on way out to San Jose was sent to LAX. I had to attend my business reception in the clothes I wore on the 4.5 hour flight (casual).
