I think the sister needs to confront her sister without the evidence from your show. If she feels that strongly that her sister would do something like that, she should speak up. If you let her listen to the unedited tape, any other viewers thinking about doing confessionals might not in future shows. You aren't doing anything wrong if you tell this woman no.

I NEVER BEEN IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT BEFORE BUT I WOULD FEEL TERRIBLE IF I KNEW INFORMATION LIKE THAT AND DIDN'T LET SOMEONE KNOW. ITS NOT YOUR PLACE TO TELL THE SISTER WHICH YOU ARE NOT TELLING THE SISTER. HER BEING ABLE TO TELL IF THAT'S HER SISTERS VOICE OR NOT IS HER OPINION. IT MAY NOT EVEN BE HER SISTER. ITS A 50/50. DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS RIGHT.

You CANNOT give out her personal information. You guys changing the woman's voice and name is already keeping her information private. If you break that and tell the sister what she wants to know... that's an invasion of privacy, which is breaking a law.
