Would it be necessary to point out that Sadie is possibly the one teenager in the series to have slain a corrupted Gem all by herself. And with some mad spear skills taken from her experience on that island when they were fishing for food (Only because she covered the warp hole just so Lars wouldn't leave so soon). Though I honestly still don't understand what Sadie ever saw in Lars, that maybe she truly felt sorry for him because he tries so hard to be this 'cool' dude that's too grown up for kids stuff yet it seems clear with that low self-esteem thing for fearing to be a laughing stock over a photo & it's clear that Lars is not all as he seems. I don't know, no additional pursuit has been made since then but overall I do think that Sadie is indeed a likeable character on this list. Here's hoping we see more of her during the remainder of the season, even if just for a couple of appearances.

I think Jamie is at least in his 20's. I don't see a teen moving to Kansas, moving back, and getting a job as a postal carrier.
Jamie is almost certainly an adult.
