Our experience: We are blessed with veteran volunteers but each year we see new leaders come on board. typically our leaders move on after they have been involved for four or more years so we see many of them stay on the team for a while. Jr. High ministry has a bit more turnover since we have some college and older, growing high school upper classmen serve as leaders. if they move away to school, then they transition off.
