the mayor has said that filling empty store shops is a main goal of his. More specifically the ones at east Ogden by the Ogden six theaters. Crazy to think that he could do this whille incentivizing businesses to move into the new retail spaces being constructed downtown Naperville. Now he is pushing for this new tax.
