Friendly giant is a classic, show your kids the best!

Do kids today even know The Friendly Giant? I loved him as a kid, was awesome to see stuff from the set at the CBC museum in Toronto. But my vote for B&L, best kids music ever!!!

This is hardly a fair match up! My youngest still loves Bobs and Lolo and she's 8. She has no clue who the friendly giant is! Wasn't that a CBC show? Hmm. Kinda pitched towards 'nostalgic' 40-something's this one is, I think. And, as much as I may love the friendly giant, I still voted for B&L because they're actual, current children's entertainers!

Bobs and Lolo rock! Our whole family rocks to their songs! Go Bobs and Lolo! You are the best!
Bobs & Lolo are in a class of their own in my humble opinion! Road trips became bearable when I discovered their music & DVD's!! My daughter will lose interest in whatever is on Treehouse and wander away from the TV, but when she hears that Bobs & Lolo theme song, she comes RUNNING from wherever she is!

My girls and I love Bobs and Lolo! We met them last summer at the Fleetwood festival, they are so sweet and we love their music and videos ;)

We LOVE Bobs & Lolo. Both my kids have enjoyed their music but currently they reign supreme with my 2 1/2 yr old. We probably listen to them at least an hour per day. Good thing I enjoy them too!!!

Seriously? This is like comparing Burton Cummings to Drake. Love Friendly Giant, but as I am no longer a kid and my 3 kids grew up on Bobs & Lolo (which is very adult friendly, fyi) my vote is for Drake. I mean Bobs & Lolo.

There will obviously be a generational issue here as people from different eras will often be unfamiliar with the great ones to other generations. Nice to see Friendly (Bob Homme) who had nearly a 30 year run on CBC on the list.

Loved to watch him at 10 or 10:15 every morning. Rusty & Gerome, the rocking chairs and stories...loved it all!
