Should the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement include the Kokang MNDAA and its allies?

The ethnic groups should stand together and maintain unity- if the MNDAA, TNLA, AA and others are excluded then no signing.

Each ethnic group must decide for themselves what is best for their region and people.

All conflict must be genuinely suspended or stopped before the ceasefire agreement can be seriously negotiated.

The Government should continue to refuse the Kokang and its allies any platform.
