I felt the episode was a lot of padding. To me, the parts with UNIT, the part with Missy and Clara at the table, could've been trimmed a bit to make the episode more tight. However, I like where they're going with the Doctor's character and I think this will all pay off well in the next episode.

    It confused me

All of it was solid except for the cliffhanger, it was rushed and everyone knows Clara, the Tardis, and Missy aren't dead or are just coming back anyways at the start of the next episode.

The story was all over the place, and the pacing and CGI were off.

Brilliant episode overall! Loved just about everything except Missy exploding out of the screen. Fortunately the rest of the episode actually made me forget about it. Yay!

Best episode in a while, really surprised with the pacing, considering how much stuff was in it. The 'axe battle' scene was the best.

Lots of great stuff in there, but Capaldi playing an electric guitar on a tank in medieval times was the best thing ever.
