I generally don't like the peacock feather look but you made it so much more dramatic than the rather pastel Victoria secrets dress. I really wish I had your luck at the thrift store. I can't find such bargains. Of course, even if I did , I don't have your talent for transforming things. If I were to wear a dress like that I'd probably go with the Victoria secrets look because I am not the dramatic type . I would probably have a jacket or bolero made to match one of the colors because I haven't gone strapless or shoulders bare since I was 20 and a bridesmaid.
