I'm 33 years old. 7 years ago for no apparent reason I was diagnosed with liver Failure. It was devastating. I have 3 kids to raise. I ended up with also jaundice, and ended up anemic. After 1&1/2 years of dialysis. I came to marijuana. I only smoke when needed. It's always at evening time. People die off alcohol, prescription pills, antihistamines, and what's the worst weed can do. Make you forget?? That's what it's intended for. Forget your Pain. Stress.Depression.Anxiety. Helps increase appetite. Strenghtens your metabolism..etc. So yes. I agree to recreational use.

The taxes alone would fix our education system funding and allow excess monies from the taxes to go to other programs, if you need more proof look at Washington state where they had to stop collecting taxes on marijuana because soooooooo many people were buying it that the state collected more then the law allowed. Marijuana is green gold. The only folks that are against it are older senior citizens who the govt already brain washed with propaganda against. It's well known that marijuana was put in prohibition because the paper industry was threatened by a better cheaper product. The only reason marijuana hasn't been legalized is bc law enforcement lacks the proper enforcement of driving while under the influence, but yet Australia uses eucalyptus paper which shows the presence of marijuana through leaving oil on the forehead. Our elected officials have failed us in many aspects, one being this and look at the many people incarcerated bc of marijuana.

They keep having to dismiss every time they get their hands on me, and I have refused to obey any court orders or pay restitution for throwing a cops taser in the road, and when they tried to jail me for that, they made my probation officer commit felony 4 fraud on the court and perjury....fortunately for HER, I was forgiving!!!!
I explained the law to her, and how she had BETTER not EVER take actions like that against me again (the arrest warrant her super had her submit to the judge who is also liable, more than the rest actually, under 18usc242 and 42usc1983 and 1986, probably 1988 too), without first calling me and giving me a chance to cure. She was in communication with me by email, so there was no excuse.
Shes a nice person though, but I could have her convicted for two felony 4s, WITH HER OWN EVIDENCE! (The 'Discovery Packet', her evidence, is all I need to prove this).

NOW WATCH WHATS NEXT... Making them pay me, and dealing with a current bench warrant, because I refused to attend a sentencing, for a misdemeanor case, where my appeal was denied, because the mail was returned by the post person, although SOME of my mail was received from the same court (REALLY Suspicious. I think they sent it to the wrong name. It MUST be their fault I figure. Working on it now)....
So I missed a notice to RE-Do my memorandum of law (It had been handwritten from jail, back before I learned the rules for release. That was an AWESOME day btw. They were holding me with no bail. 15mins later, released on 'own recognizance'! And the public defenders keep telling me these things wont work! There is a LOT more too.)...

So now I am about to start serving these judges, cops, prosecutors, police chief, mayor, governor, and federal courts, as well as state and federal congress people, notices of claim (Including 'failure to prevent' at least, when they reasonable have the ability to, under 42usc1986)...

Let me explain "the Law" to you (I've won many cases and amazed lawyers and changed local police behavior btw, so I know what I'm talking about better than most people who've ever lived, watch)...
EVERYTHING our hired public servants do to force obedience without evidence of some Human who has been threatened or harmed against their will, (Not counting reasonable defense of ones self or others, or consensual acts like boxing, obviously), is unconstitutional, unlawful, 'color of law abuse', dishonor of oath, and other criminal and civil offenses.
