Will the BOC cut interest rates again?

Maybe not this year. I think they'll start the new year with another rate cut, though.

It's possible that they might cut rates in their December 2 statement.

I doubt it. Poloz seems confident that the Canadian economy and oil industry will turn a corner soon.

It's tough to tell. I'll just base my trades on their actual decision.
