AND, surely roofs of units are common property and the Condo would own them, and would be responsible for their choice on each and every individual units and NOT the owner of the unit? Really does the Condo want to be into all of this?

And how does it work out that each individual unit owner benefits from the installation of the solar panels on each of their roofs?

Am I missing something here? And does the Condo's insurance cover them?

Have you all thought about what happens when solar panels are installed for free by installers and subsequently they age and have to replaced? Then the installers are out of the picture after have taken all the tax-credits and Heaven knows what, and individual owners are responsible for them, repairing them or replacing them. And they are on their own, the installers are long gone and probably out-of-business.

And you should know by now, nothing comes for free. So ask yourselves "How is it they are for free?" Couldn't it be because installing solar panels is one of the latest rackets?

And they come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and types, so how on Earth are you going to control what ones unit owners want to use?! And it isn't just the appearance of individual units that matters, it is the whole collection of them in individual sections of the Condo.

PS: I am not a unit owner - just someone who happened on your website and noticed it was managed by Victory Management who manages a Condo in Maryland where I own a unit.
