ABSOLUTELY NOT !!! The neighborhood streets will be severely impacted with SEMI truck traffic and congestion. and damage. The City needs to take into consideration: 1) a parking lot may be built at the 76th Street entrance to Japanese Gulch with tourists & residents entering at that point. Kids on bikes,, dogs, etc.-SAFETY CONCERN WITH TRAFFIC CONGESTION. 2) If WASH State Ferries has their way and makes 525 One way from the ferry terminal to 5th Street I assure you Old Town neighbors will cut through upper neighborhoods to avoid the Speedway traffic. This will all filter into this same area. CONGESTION/NOISE/DEPRECIATED HOME VALUES. Mukilteo residents get screwed again.
