on a business call I try to dress according to the clinet/business where I have an appointment .
If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good you do good. If you do good you look good. People like to do business with successful people if you look bad you do bad. Business casual for me is still a blazer or jacket. Look down at your shoes. Do they shine. If you don't take care of how you look how can you take care of how the clients product looks.
