The reason behind that it s because of the fact that racial discrimination in S.A is looked at a shallow level because others do not respect others rights like for instance a death penalty was abolished but the others are still murdering goats in front of children. So lets criminalize it.

it is humiliating and demoralising therefore it must be criminalised in South Africa
