Look around you NFC South folks. Atlanta better and I mean quickly get with the trend! Sign the kid(RG3). Men amongst men....I would Matt Ryan must look to bench each play to see there's an alternative to his erractic play.

Interesting that Cam Newton was also accussed of not being able to read defenses. Multiple sources guaranteed he would fail in the NFL. His first OC, Rob Chudzinski, borrowed from Newton's college offense to ease his transition to the NFL. Difference between Newton and RGIII' situation is that the Panthers were committed to make sure he succeeded, whereas RGIII was a pawn in the battle between Mike Shanahan and Snyder. Shanahan had no incentive to make RGIII succeed. In fact, it was the opposite - making RGIII failed proved his point.

I like RGIII but I would say no. 1. Kyle should be focused on tailoring his offensive play calling to take advantage of Matt Ryan's strengths which is something he didn't do well in 2015. Having RGIII would tempt him to either stay with the same play calling that wasn't good for Matt or put in more read option oriented plays for RGIII. This season aside, , I believe that Matty Ice has proven that he is one of the top 10 QB's in the league based on his body of work prior to this season with two previous offensive coordinators. Griffin has already struggled with Kyle S as his OC so why try for round 2?
I also still have major questions about Kyle S as the OC and believe that he should be replaced with a more level headed coordinator who will cater his offense to the talent he has rather than vice versa.
