You could consider themes for movie nights and then the movie. For instance, Horror movie night in the park, and show either a horror comedy or one of the old horror flick movies that are fairly censored like on normal T.V. Also, if you are to consider what movies to show, I would consider some of the greatest movies ever made and to consult the many listings (IMDB, AFI, etc) Then choose the most possible relevant to people. For example, we dont need to see The Ten Commandments or Spartacus, but something like The Wizard of Oz could be fun or even the original Willy Wonka. Any of the Back to the Future films, Indiana Jones, or original Star Wars movies would easily be well received. If you're going for a newer movie feel, then go with Jurassic World, Avengers 1 or 2. I think it would be easy going down the list of super hero movies for additional options.
