Are the Dinwiddie Grays really so misinformed that they would use a photo of the 4th U.S.C.T. on a poster for their February meeting? Or perhaps they just snagged a photo of black troops off the Internet without checking its provenance. Somebody should really tell them that the 4th U.S.C.T. (organized in Baltimore in September 1863) was fighting on the other side.
