There NEEDS to be a law that is INFORCED that NO driver shall be on their phone while driving.

A texting driver nearly killed my daughter and her newborn while they were walking. No one needs their phone while driving!!

Yes, I believe we should have had a law in place when it was first proposed. I think the voters who keep voting in Andy Biggs into office are just as a moron as him who care nothing about public safety except his power to say no. If he is up for re-election then just say NO. Then maybe we would have less people hurt or killed from texting drivers and much safer roadways.

Absolutely! Yes! I have posted many license plate numbers on fb because of this. I see it every day. I've almost been hit several times by texting drivers. Believe me, it is not all young people.

How can one man risk the lives of Arzona residents by denying the passing of a law that has proven to deter use of cell phones while driving and therefore save lives?? Texting while driving impairs the drive, just as DUI does! Does this man have no conscience? God forbid someone close to him will be injured as a result of a texting driver's actions!!!PLEASE use your head and reconsider your position!! Respectfully submitted by a 76 year old grandma who worries about her family!!!
