Witty, funny & entertaining if you are quick enough. Love this show. I agree with others writers strayed more than once.But last years finale was superb. Encouraging to see their commitment to Sherlocks struggle without being preachy. Our country is filled with "one day at a timers" nice to see it in believable programming. Watching Sherlock reminds us we all can excel despite our baggage. Keep Elementary on the air to encourage everyone. I see his former partner in crime is going to play Houdini...
The acting/production are stellar, but the writing is beyond dreadful. Renew with a new showrunner, preferably female.
The only redeeming benefit to the show is Lucy Liu! If not for her would be a total loss!
The BEST and most under-rewarded show on TV. Johnny Lee Miller is so superb in this part - I actually believe that's who he is. and the dialogue--kudos to the writers!! I always DVR the show so I can rewind for some of the profound as well as hysterically funny jabs (if you can catch them!) I've ever heard,. and I'm an avid TV watcher. although I've always loved Lucy Liu as well; never really appreciated how good or how vital she is to the show. we learned that the hard way when they had the "kitty chronicles" . no offense to Kitty - but this is Sherlock & Watson's thing. one more thing -- as much as I love the show -you almost lost me with (nauseating) Mycroft. sorry - never liked the actor and Joan was miles above his class. But all seems to be on track again (excellent writers bounced back beautifully!!) so PULLLEEEEEEASE do NOT cancel one of the few entertaining; stimulating shows left on TV! if "2 Broke Girls" is representative of our intellect & Donald Trumps our next president; Canada will have to put up a wall!!!
Please, please leave it on. Could the writing use some improvement? Yes, but while the dust is settling please leave Elementary on!!! And if it is at all possible, leave it on Thursday night!!!
