It's really unheard of for a player to be this explosive his first two years I gotta take OBJ
I am only 40 years old and started watching football about the mid 80's so I never got to see Mr. Gifford play except for replays and I still have no idea how Beckham is winning this voting poll. Beckham is a great WR but he's only played two years and not even all 32 games. Gifford is a HOF'ER and this shouldn't be close.
Odell had probably the best first 2 years of any WR in history, but that was 2 years, Gifford is a HOF'r who went on to help forge what the NFL is today.
Frank Gifford is hands down the better pick here.
Even tho the Giants season was painful to watch this past year, Beckham made me excited to watch every game, even if they lost, Beckham made it exciting. Gifford?... looks like he had a great career but I wasnt even born yet when he was playing. I think most ppl voting will base it on how they feel about that player and not nessisarly how their career was.
This is a tough one, especially seeing as Gifford was taken from us this year. At the end of the day, we're taking the better overall first round draft and although Gifford had an amazing career on, and off, the field, I think Odell is truly something special. Gotta give it to Beckham.
