What legal protection should transgender people have in Indiana?
The same kind of protection people have against discrimination based on race.
Some protection against discrimination, but the public bathroom issue is a tricky one.
No special protection. That's a chosen behavior.
I'm sure the great minds at the Indiana General Assembly will figure it out.
