I really hate that Shemar Moore left the show!???? He's one of the best characters I love in the show, all of them actually and I also hate change, CM will not be the same without him. Can't he just stay in th show while trying other opportunities? Really hope he'd come back! And pls, don't let anyone else leave...!

Started binge watching show 6 weeks ago and the new one when started this season, caught up with all of the shows last week..About 230 shows plus the new ones, love all of it..Love Derek, I will miss him..But still love the rest...Please let show continue..Yo have done a great job replacing actors that leave that fit the team beautifully.....Keep up the great writing and acting.....

I couldn't have said it better than Tracy did. I cried so much that I almost used an entire box of tissues. I screamed at my tv. I didn't check the internet to see if he would be leaving. I wanted it to be suspenseful based on the intense previews. When I thought he got shot in that beautifully chiseled face, I screamed so loud at the tv that my hubby came downstairs to find out what happened. That's when I realized how much the episode had moved me. Sad to see Morgan leave but y'all did a great job with this episode. My favorite goodbye was to Spencer (my secret crush lol) Although I laughed hysterically when Garcia said she was happy he didn't have a girl.

Criminal Minds is my favorite show and I am in love with Spencer (Matthew Gray Gubler). I will miss Derek's character because he was tough (a real bad ass) but showed the most feelings (anger, hatred, not doing things by the book) towards the unsubs. What I will miss the most is his relationship and banter with Penelope...I'm struggling to imagine the show without it. I loved how the show would balance heart with hatred and still miss Giddeon's contribution to the "heart" side, and the loss of Derek/Penelope will mean less heartfelt moments. I really hope the producers expand the private lives of AJ and Spencer, and they are long overdue to give Spencer a real girlfriend. He is gorgeous and sweet and it is ridiculous to think he would not have hoards of women attracted to him.

I have only been watching CM since retiring, so now I watch every episode at every time of the day. Like everyone else, I didn't see Derek's leaving as happening anytime soon. It is better that they did not kill him off, but I only hope that they have an entirely different kind of new character--not someone who is "replacing" his persona. No one can say "Baby Girl" the way he did, and no one can be Spencer's "Big Brother" like his character.

I have had Criminal minds DVR'ed forever. I did not know this was his last. Only wish I hadn't deleted this episode from the DVR...YOU can bet your bippy I won't delete his cameo appearances in the future! Glad for Shemar's future, but this Baby Girl will miss him dearly. Please, no one else leave, I need you ALL! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!! ♡♡♡

Criminal Minds is my favorite show. I have seen every episode dozens of times. I cry every time I watch Hailey Hotchner die and I cry every time Emily leaves. Morgan's leaving will be no different. I don't know what I'll do when the show ends. I love everyone of the cast. They are like friends. Keep making great shows.

I didn't know either that this was Derick (Shemar Moore) last episode but I cried so much threw out the show and I think they all made it great as a team for him to make his break, it was the best!

BABY BOY ! why did you have to leave ! I appreciate the need to grow as a man in the industry but that show wont be the same , first "Gideon", then "Prentice" now you ! My heart hurts ! My family , including my 4 year old and 6 year old have watched every single episode thus far ! We all will miss you !

I love this show so much!! I'm so very sad to see Shemar Moore (Derek Morgan) leave. It is understandable why he's leaving and I wish him well in all his future endeavors. He is such a superb actor! I'm so happy that he was not killed off the show, I really liked this ending better. Although, I do believe I will continue to watch it but, am still so very sad to see (Derek Morgan's) run with the show had to come to an end. He will be surely missed! As one of the millions of "Baby Girls" whose heart sank and is now in a-fib somewhere on the floor, it took me a while to change from viewer mode and answer "awesome" in the poll since I had read the article and understand from everyone else's position. Shemar's mother and I have MS in common, and I know what that has meant in his life, based on what he has said. I am delighted that Derek Morgan has found out what it means to find the love of his life, twice, first with his wife, and now with his (hopefully first) son. I pray that God will bless Shemar with the same and more.

WTFUDGE it will never be the same without Morgan !!!! I love all of them but its his show too !!! Y signing him out was Ok , at least its been left open for him to return YEAH THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!! Now who will take care of "BabyGirl" and "Reed" this ending as a viewer has left me very sad and disappoint!

I had no idea Derek was leaving. I cried like a baby as he said his goodbyes. It's cool the middle name of the baby is Spencer, and that he considered Spencer a little brother. I wonder who they will put in his spot. It better be good or you've lost a fan!

Good show but as a viewer I hate it! We loved Derek on the show and will sincerely miss him! He was more than a pretty face. We even named our cat after the show.....Dr. Garcia El Gato Morgan! Some of us won't even watch the show.

It was a nail biter for sure......I'm sad and pissed off he's gone...but will keep an eye out for him in something just as amazing as Criminal Minds, which will not be the same with him gone. First Gideon....we eventually got over him leaving....but Derek "Shemar' that's going to be a tough one. Classy goodbye for all!!!! Not surprised....

the reason I gave it an F, is because I had no idea he was leaving the show. That will be the last one I watch. He really made this show - I think the ratings will go down from here on.
