What do you think of spending up to $500 million more for an underground portion for Calgary’s Green Line LRT project?

    We need to see an economic evaluation of the project. Estimated project costs, estimated future revenues and the discounted cash flows. Does it make economic sense at current fares plus escalation thereafter. If you don't know that, you shouldn't be putting this forward as a serious project. The Southwest BRT should have shown you that your process is deficient.
